Nope — it doesn’t matter at all. We work with DNN websites hosted on any provider.
Whether you’re using a shared host, VPS, dedicated server, cloud platform (like Azure or AWS), or even a private environment, our team can support you without issue. We’re experienced in navigating a wide range of hosting setups, configurations, and control panels.

Provisioning Your Account – Within 1 business day (or less), we’ll set up your support portal access and send you login credentials.
Welcome Email – You’ll receive a detailed welcome message with next steps, helpful links, and tips to get the most from your plan.
Getting Connected – You’ll provide us with access details (like admin login or backups, depending on your plan) so we can support your site effectively.
Onboarding Checklist – We’ll guide you through a simple checklist to help us understand your environment, priorities, and common requests.
Optional Kickoff Call – If you're on an Enterprise plan, or if needed, we can schedule a kickoff meeting to align on goals and workflows.
📬 You’ll be fully onboarded and ready to submit support requests within a day or so — sometimes within hours. And if you ever need help during onboarding, just reach out. We're here for you.
Nope — support is included, but it’s totally up to you whether or not you use it.
When you subscribe to any plan (including Modules Only), you get access to all of our commercial DNN modules — like the Glanton AD-Pro suite. That’s your main benefit. If you just want the modules and don’t need support, that’s completely fine. But support is there whenever you need it, no extra cost.
💡 You’re not paying extra for support — it’s just one more benefit of your plan.
Unfortunately, support plans can’t be downgraded once they’ve been upgraded.
This is due to technical and operational reasons that affect how your service and licensing are structured across multiple systems. If it’s absolutely necessary for your business, we recommend canceling your current plan and purchasing a new one at the level you need.
🔄 Upgrades are always available — but if you need to step down, we’ll guide you through a clean transition.
